Our Design Suites are full of homes designed with all the passion and expertise of our design team.  They are all quality energy efficient homes.  Our designs suit a variety of different sites, tastes, & lifestyles.

Choosing from one of our Design Suites helps take some of the guesswork out of the design process and get you on the road to owning your home quicker and easier.

Step 1: Choose a style or a plan that you would like to take a closer look at

Step 2: Book a consultation

Once you think you may have found something you like, book a consultation to discuss your needs, and to have a closer look at the design of your choice.

In this free consultation, we can also give you an indication of how much the home will cost.

Step 3: Your site

We work on finding the best possible way to match your requirements to your site, taking the following aspects into account:

  • Orientation
  • Slope
  • Drainage
  • Access
  • Site clearing

Step 4: Alterations

We recognise that with tens of thousands of house plans on bookstore shelves, on the Internet, and in project home builder's display homes, that it is still difficult to find a plan that suits your needs.

For this reason, we make it easy for you.  Our Design Suites can give you a great starting point, and after discussing your needs in detail, we can come up with some alterations to tailor the design further to your needs.

 

Step 5:  Quotation

We tell you exactly what all of your costs will be.  We let you know right from the beginning how much your house will cost.  Plus, by building with Project North, you also save money on an architect management fee (this can be up to 12% of your total build cost), with our design team being intrinsically involved in the construction process.

Our comprehensive 10 page quotes leave no doubt as to what has been included.

Step 6: Your home

To make your build a positive experience, we do the following:

  • Build a relationship between the three of us, you, the designer and your builder. We’d go so far as to say: Without building a relationship, you can’t build your ideal home.
  • Meet with you fortnightly, onsite, to ensure that we are on track. Our experience allows us to work out exactly how long your home will take to build - and we always allow for a little extra time just in case.
  • Take a personal interest in your requirements and work with you every step of the way. The quality of our building and comprehensive design is exceptional.
  • Control the quality of your build.
  • Seamlessly integrate your desires into designing and building your home. Often, subtle changes made by builders can mean a big difference to the outcome and experience of your home.
