As we are a design and construct company, we know the effort that has gone into coming up with your design.  We will do whatever is necessary to make your ideal home a reality for you.

As your construction professional, we will:

Step 1: Free Consultation

Contact us for a free consultation.  We will get back to you and run you through the various things that we will need from you so we can prepare a quotation.

Normally these would include:

  • A set of plans (prefferably approved but at least ready for approval)
  • A specification and / or an inclusions list
  • Engineering plans

Step 2: Your site

Before we submit a quotation, we take the time to visit your site.

Step 3:  Quotation

We tell you exactly what all of your costs will be.  We let you know right from the beginning how much your house will cost.  Plus, by building with Project North, you also save money on an architect management fee (this can be up to 12% of your total build cost), with our design team being intrinsically involved in the construction process.

Step 4: Your home

To make your build a positive experience, we do the following:

  • Build a relationship between the three of us, you, your designer and your builder. We’d go so far as to say: Without building a relationship, you can’t build your ideal home.
  • Meet with you fortnightly, onsite, to ensure that we are on track. Our experience allows us to work out exactly how long your home will take to build - and we always allow for a little extra time just in case.
  • Take a personal interest in your requirements and work with you every step of the way. The quality of our building and comprehensive design is exceptional.
  • Control the quality of your build.
  • Offer you our objective expertise, based on our decades of experience. 
  • Work with you to reduce your costs and your carbon footprint - saving you money and protecting the environment.

We know our buildings so well by the time we leave; it’s a bitter-sweet experience for us. We are sad to leave a build that has grown with us, yet delighted to see your response when you move into your perfect home.
